Olivia, a native of Paraguay, is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a deep passion for law and a diverse career that spans both her home country and the United States. Her legal career began in 1996 when she worked for Paraguay’s Department of State, gaining valuable exposure to the field. She graduated cum laude from Universidad Catolica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in Paraguay in 2004, where she earned her JD, and continued her legal studies after relocating to the United States in 2006. Olivia earned a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from the American Public University in Charlestown, West Virginia, graduating magna cum laude.
Olivia has been with the firm since 2018, transitioning from a paralegal and marketing coordinator role to Principal of Estate Planning, where she works with domestic and foreign clients. Olivia advanced her career in 2025 by graduating with an LLM (Master of Laws) in Taxation at the University of Miami.
Olivia’s favorite part of her work is the team connection and the firm’s motto, "We feel, We love, We care," which reflects her commitment to providing personalized and compassionate legal services. She always strives to give her best to clients and co-workers, ensuring excellence in every aspect of her work.
Olivia is married to Joseph and has two children, Joshua and Athena. Despite her busy schedule, she finds time to practice Pilates every morning. She also cherishes traveling, especially to Vermont and Paraguay, where she reconnects with family and friends.
